Our Internship Programme

We welcome internship applications with a minimum duration of two months, offering interns valuable work and training experience across our teams. This program is designed for students completing required placements in tourism or hospitality courses and must be supported by a European Community programme such as Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci, or Comenius.

  • Duration: Minimum 2 months
  • Start: Flexible — anytime of the year, depending on availability
  • Salary: Unpaid

Internship in the Operations Team

Each intern is assigned to a specific team that handles a particular clientele. Interns support their team in all areas of operations.

TYPICAL TASKS

Coordinate with clients and suppliers

Handle booking requests, negotiations, and confirmations

Manage accommodation allocations and reports

Extend cancellation deadlines as needed

Support marketing through newsletters, mailings, and press content

Assist in producing brochures, trade fairs, fam trips, and events

When the weather is bad, you can go and eat on the Whiteleys Mall in Bayswater. You will find a big space where you can seat and eat.

Thereafter, if the weather is very nice, you can go to Hyde Park which is only 5 minutes walking from the company and enjoy the sun!
