Internship in the Operations Team
Each intern is assigned to a specific team that takes care of a certain clientele. As team assistants interns support 'their team' in all areas of operations. You would assist with research for special enquiries, liaising with suppliers, running reports in our reservation system, dealing with amendments in bookings, generating travel documents and helping with general administration. A highly accurate working style and good organisational skills are necessary for this position.

- You send out requests and monitor the responses
- You also negotiate rates
- Send out confirmations
- Book accommodation on option
- Extend cancellation deadlines and administer the allocation chart
- Would edit newsletters, prepare mailings and press articles
- Help organise familiarisation trips and trade fairs
- Assist in the production of our annual brochure and in the organisation of special events. An excellent command of the German written language is essential for this role
- You will also have the opportunity to cover all aspects of your course work evaluation.

Starting date: You any start your training any time of year proving we have the space
Minimum duration: You will need to stay a minimum of 2 months
Salary: Unpaid internship

- Effective team player

- Very good knowledge of both written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
