Why Interopa

See how the whole journey comes together.

At Interopa, you are close to the whole journey: the client, the destination, the suppliers and the decisions that bring everything together. That breadth gives you the opportunity to build knowledge, judgement and relationships across the travel industry.

Your client language with overseas partners, English with suppliers across Britain and Ireland.

Know what you sell

First hand product knowledge through site inspections, supplier events and familiarisation trips.

Work that goes somewhere

Help create programmes that bring international groups, businesses and sports organisations to Britain and Ireland.

As your knowledge develops, so does the complexity of the work entrusted to you.

The office

London, on your doorstep

Our Chilworth Street office is moments from Paddington and Hyde Park, placing you in the heart of one of the great travel destinations of the world.

The Interopa Method

Built over decades. Refined through experience.

Supplier management

Direct relationships

Hotels, coaches, guides and venues, contracted directly.

Booking operations

One owner, start to finish

Each booking run as a project by one colleague, in the entrepreneurial spirit the company was built on.

Our systems. Tourplan for bookings, Outlook for every client and supplier conversation, the wider Microsoft 365 suite, and AI to support research and drafting.

Learn the foundations. Build confidence in them. Then help us improve them.
The role

What the work involves

London based

Roles are based at our Chilworth Street office: five days a week during probation, then four office days and one home working day.

End to end responsibility

You stay close to the work from enquiry and quotation through operation and completion, according to your role.

Commercially active

Multiple live programmes and deadlines, particularly in peak periods. Organisation and accuracy matter.

The work, team by team

The role

You manage each booking from request to invoice in Tourplan and Outlook: proposals, supplier bookings, rooming lists, vouchers and invoicing. You meet and support clients when they are in the UK, and attend familiarisation trips, site inspections and supplier events to know what we sell.

The expertise you build

Operational precision. Coordinate multiple live groups while keeping timings, reservations, documentation and costing aligned.

The role

A client facing role. You prospect new clients, present Interopa, sell our partnership and maintain the commercial relationship with each client.

The expertise you build

The role

The expertise you build

The role

The expertise you build
Planning for change. Adapt programmes when fixtures, schedules or operational requirements change.
The role

The expertise you build

The whole trip. You understand how a group is built, because that is what the numbers describe.

How we are organised

A relatively flat structure. You join a market group of colleagues sharing your language and client market, reporting to the Head of Operations.
