Booking terms, payment conditions and cancellation policies for all UK and Ireland travel programmes provided by Interopa Holidays Ltd

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website interopa.co.uk (the “Site”) and the provision of travel related services by Interopa Holidays Ltd (“Interopa”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you (the “Client”, “you”). By using the Site or booking any services with us, you accept these Terms in full.

Interopa offers travel planning, booking and supply of services including (but not limited to): accommodation, transport, guided tours, transfers, entry tickets, group and private itineraries, optional excursions and other ground-services in the UK & Ireland. All services are described in our brochures, itineraries, confirmations, or other written proposals issued by us.

  • A booking is confirmed only when Interopa issues a written confirmation (e-mail or document) and any required deposit is received.
  • Full payment deadlines, deposit amounts, payment methods, and currency are as stated in your quote/confirmation.
  • Failure to pay by the due date may entitle us to treat the booking as cancelled.
  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation; if suppliers (hotels, transport, attractions) increase rates (e.g. due to peak season or foreign exchange), we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly you will be informed accordingly.
  • Any request for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation fees apply depending on the time of notice before travel as specified in your confirmation or in the cancellation policy.
  • For group travel, minimum numbers and rooming lists must be confirmed by a specified date; failure to meet those may lead to re-pricing or cancellation.
  • Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control (supplier changes, closures, force majeure, traffic, weather), we may need to alter the itinerary, accommodation, transport or services. If so, we will endeavour to offer a comparable alternative.
  • If a significant change is unavoidable, you will have the right to accept the alternative or cancel and receive a full refund (or pro-rated amount if part use).
  • You agree to provide accurate personal and travel information when booking, to comply with visa/immigration requirements, and to have valid travel documents.
  • You are responsible for personal insurance (health, travel, cancellation, luggage), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You agree to behave respectfully and follow local laws, supplier and guide rules; Interopa reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misconduct.
  • Interopa acts as an intermediary and organiser; many services are provided by independent suppliers. While we vet our suppliers, we cannot guarantee or control every aspect of their performance.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interopa (and its officers, employees, agents) will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, additional expense or inconvenience resulting from acts or omissions of suppliers, third parties, or events beyond our control (weather, strikes, traffic, acts of God).
  • Our liability in relation to any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking (excluding any third-party costs).
  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is copyright of Interopa and/or its licensors. No unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use is permitted.
  • Use of the Site must be lawful; users may not transmit illegal, offensive or infringing content or attempt to disrupt or misuse the Site.
  • We collect and process personal data only as necessary to arrange your travel, communicate with you, and comply with legal and supplier requirements.
  • Use and management of cookies or online tracking on the Site is governed by our Privacy and Cookie Policy (linked separately).
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site (with date) shall be the governing version.
  • Clients who have bookings in place at the time of amendment will be notified if changes materially affect their booking; otherwise, the updated Terms apply to future bookings.
