DMC Operations Executive

The DMC Operations Executive is responsible for the full operational delivery of confirmed group and bespoke travel programmes. This role ensures that every element of a programmeme is accurately booked, coordinated, and delivered in line with client expectations, supplier agreements, and Interopa quality standards. The position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced DMC environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of confirmed group and bespoke programmes
  • Booking and reconfirming hotels, transport, guides, attractions, and meals
  • Managing itineraries, operational files, and service schedules
  • Handling amendments, special requests, and last-minute changes
  • Preparing final service vouchers and operational documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers, guides, and internal teams
  • Ensuring smooth delivery before and during travel

GROUPS & SERIES COORDINATOR

The Groups & Series Coordinator manages high-volume group movements and recurring series departures, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and operational efficiency across multiple dates. This role is central to maintaining control over allocations, deadlines, and repeated services, particularly during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing group series and recurring departures
  • Handling hotel allocations, rooming lists, and release dates
  • Coordinating transport schedules and repeated movements
  • Monitoring availability, inventory, and allotments
  • Issuing confirmations and managing amendments
  • Ensuring consistency across all departures in a series
  • Liaising closely with suppliers and operations teams

MICE Project Assistant

The MICE Project Assistant supports the planning and delivery of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events programmes. Working closely with senior project managers, this role assists with logistics, supplier coordination, and operational preparation for incentive and corporate groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting MICE programmeme planning and build-up
  • Assisting with supplier and venue coordination
  • Preparing event schedules, timelines, and logistics documents
  • Supporting site inspections and supplier briefings
  • Assisting with on-site event delivery when required
  • Preparing operational packs and event documentation
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers

Sales & Market Development Intern

The Sales & Market Development Intern supports the sales team in developing competitive and creative proposals for international markets. This role provides hands-on exposure to the commercial side of a Destination Management Company and supports both sales activity and market research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting proposal and itinerary preparation
  • Assisting with destination research and product development
  • Preparing supplier comparisons and pricing support
  • Formatting sales documents and presentations
  • Supporting market analysis and sales follow-up
  • Maintaining internal sales tools and resources
  • Gaining exposure to international inbound markets

Supplier Relations Coordinator

The Supplier Relations Coordinator supports the management and development of Interopa’s supplier network, ensuring strong working relationships, accurate information, and competitive commercial terms across all services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with hotels, transport providers, attractions, and venues
  • Supporting contracting and rate negotiations
  • Maintaining and updating supplier databases
  • Ensuring supplier content, rates, and terms are accurate and current
  • Coordinating with sales and operations teams on supplier matters
  • Supporting supplier performance and quality control

Content & Marketing Assistant

The Content & Marketing Assistant supports the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and brand-aligned content for sales, marketing, and internal platforms. This role works closely with operations and sales to ensure all content is commercially effective and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and updating supplier profiles and product content
  • Supporting itinerary and proposal content preparation
  • Preparing Hub posts, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Coordinating updates with operations and sales teams
  • Supporting content organisation and internal resources
