MICE or Corporate Events Experience Required
Role Overview
This role focuses on securing new incentive, conference, leadership retreat, and corporate event business for the UK & Ireland. You will work closely with global corporates, agencies, and event planners, representing Interopa at a senior level.
What You Will Manage Detailed & Clear
- Develop and grow MICE sales pipelines
- Attend: IMEX, IBTM, The Meetings Show, and international networking events
- Visit agencies and corporates for sales meetings + presentations
- Respond to RFPs with:
- Full proposals
- Budgets
- Concepts
- Venue options
- Timelines
- Work with operations on event feasibility
- Pitch creative ideas and high-impact solutions
- Maintain CRM and report monthly
- Achieve clear quarterly revenue targets
You Need to Be
- From a MICE sales, corporate events, or DMC background
- Excellent in presentations and client engagement
- Creative but commercially strict
- Able to manage high-level corporate conversations
- Structured, proactive, professional
