MICE or Corporate Events Experience Required

Role Overview

This role focuses on securing new incentive, conference, leadership retreat, and corporate event business for the UK & Ireland. You will work closely with global corporates, agencies, and event planners, representing Interopa at a senior level.

What You Will Manage Detailed & Clear

  • Develop and grow MICE sales pipelines
  • Attend: IMEX, IBTM, The Meetings Show, and international networking events
  • Visit agencies and corporates for sales meetings + presentations
  • Respond to RFPs with:
    • Full proposals
    • Budgets
    • Concepts
    • Venue options
    • Timelines
  • Work with operations on event feasibility
  • Pitch creative ideas and high-impact solutions
  • Maintain CRM and report monthly
  • Achieve clear quarterly revenue targets

You Need to Be

  • From a MICE sales, corporate events, or DMC background
  • Excellent in presentations and client engagement
  • Creative but commercially strict
  • Able to manage high-level corporate conversations
  • Structured, proactive, professional
